• If You wish to work at Mobiteam on a position not offered at the moment, feel free to send Your application. It will be stored in our database and will be also taken into consideration if it's interesting enough and fits our needs. Recruitment proceeds all year round.
• Collected documents are initially browsed by HR employees and the candidates best fitting the position are chosen.
• The candidates chosen at this stage are invited to an interview at our company. We kindly inform that we contact only selected candidates.
• An interview at our company is carried out by HR Specialist and head of department the candidate would like to work in. In case of computer sciences related positions a technical knowledge/skills test is also required.
• As a rule interviews and tests take place on the same day. Sometimes the candidate is additionally interviewed by the director of the company.
