Among over 60 employees already hired at Mobiteam there are mainly computer sciences specialists. The core of the company is several departments:

Development department designs applications. Our developers use mainly PHP and Java technology. Development is one of two largest departments in Mobiteam.

Operations department is almost of Development's size. It implements and runs developed applications and services in 24/7 mode, taking care of all technical issues coming from end users and customers.

Design department, creative part of our organization, video post- and production experts, webdesigners and DTP specialists create "settings" to our products and services according to the latest world design trends.

Content Management works in close cooperation with Design department, preparing video and photo content and music backup to our services.

IT department, responsible for delivery and proper functioning of technical background.

Project Management Office nd Product Management Office keep an eye over the whole process of working on the applications and services, keeping the deadlines and complying with product requirements.

Marketing & Saless department, standing behind analyzing of business surrounding and dealing with internal and external marketing communication. Department is also responsible for managing the policies and strategies used to sell each product effectively on internal and international markets by using all available relationships and techniques.

Research & Development department has been established to work on the coherence, efficiency and flexibility of our new technology solutions.

Office Management and Human Resources Specialist, coordinating an office's administartive activities, storing, integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients, performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently.

Chat Animation Center handles all live connections coming from users on our markets in 24/7 mode.
